The Warren County Transportation Improvement District intends to contract engineering services for the preparation of a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Safety Action Plan (SAP) for Warren County outside of incorporated areas. Interested consultants should submit qualifications detailing their experience, technical expertise, and proposed approach for creating a Safety Action Plan. Letters of Interest, as outlined in the posting, shall be submitted by Friday, July 24, 2026. The Warren County Transportation Improvement District will directly select a consultant based on the Letter of Interest (LOI) and the Programmatic Consultant Selection Rating Form in the posting.

The previously scheduled Board meeting of the WCTID will be held Friday, June 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Warren County Engineer’s Office at 210 West Main Street, Lebanon, OH 45036. The public is invited. Please be advised that the meeting will not be accessed by virtual means. In-person attendance is required to take part in the meeting.
